I sync my ipod both with music/video and mp3 audiobooks. When syncing the mp3 audiobooks I would like to change the bitrate way low (say 16 or 32). But it seems that I can only create a global conversion configuration which would result in the music/videos getting slammed.

Am I missing something? Is there some way to say "when you sync these over here compress them, but when you sync these files over there leave them be"?
