Track# field not available for video files?
« on: December 28, 2007, 11:03:41 am »

Hi,

I noticed that Track# field is not available for video files. Is this by design? I have some live music concert videos - split in multiple files - that I would like to play in a certain order (all part of 1 album). How do I do that?

Or, am I missing something very basic?

thanks,
Osho

This is by design. (you can double-check in Options > Library > Standard Fields > Track #)

If enough people feel strongly, we could consider changing it.

I've also enabled Track # for Videos as I've ripped all my Music Videos by track as well (eg just like CD's......)

How do you enable Track # for Videos? I tried doing it but I could not click on Video in Options -> Library -> Standard Fields -> Track # -> Edit This field popup.

Sorry way to vague..!  From memory all you need to do is when you are looking at your Videos in Std View got to View--> View Settings --> Columns and tick Track #....
Thanks
