Problems ripping CD - error Output Directory

Hello,  I have been using MC for several years now.  Great product!!!!

For some reason I am getting an error when trying to rip a new CD.  The message says "The Output Directory could not be created for one or more files. Please double check the output directory in Ripping Options"

I have looked at the ripping options but done see anything about the output directory..  am i missing something.?
