Been Playing Round With INI Files Since JRiver Added INI To Export Some Settings.

I Actually Made This To Work With Gene6 FTP User INI Files, But It Should Work With Other INI Files Also. It Was Created Because I Hadded A Need To Mass Change User Settings. It Can Also Change Each Key Manualy.
