Error message 80040154

I just loaded Media Jukebox Plus and after I set everything up and tried to rip a CD - I got the follow error message - Cannot create plug-in 'MP3 Encoder' - Error 80040154.  I tried redown loading but I still get the same error message.  

Is this the only way to get support?!?!?!

Try the link above for accessories/plug-ins and get the MP3 encoder plug-in.  It will install automatically.

This is it.  You'll love it.

Way up.  It's OK to be comfuser challenged here.  We have shoe-tying classes on Saturday mornings before anybody watches cartoons.  I've almost got it.

Ok- I found the plug ins and the encoder stuff but when I try to download any of them I get a "Invalid package file" error message.
