Media Center Shell Extension - Life after Media Jukebox

I installed Media Jukebox on my computer after Media Center.
Jukebox has now stolen MC's shell extension.

How do I give it back to MC?
I'd like to keep Media Jukebox.

Disable shell integration in MJ12.  Enable shell integration in MC12.  Options->General->Shell Options->Enable shell integration.
