I'm trying to upgrade from Media Center 12.0.451 to 12.0.456 and setup is hanging up while its unpacking before it gets to the installation wizard.  It using 100% of my cpu. 

Any ideas of what is going wrong?

I'm using windows 2000.  I also use tightvnc to remote access the computer and have the computers video out connected to my tv.  No monitor is connected.
