Is XP Tunes what I need.
« on: March 10, 2008, 04:42:44 pm »

I currently have my music server in the study connected to a whole house audio system.  I have another networked computer in the Kitchen on the other side of the house and would like to be able to access the study music server and control it and the music played through whole house system via the Kitchen computer as well as view album cover/track info/playlist info etc from the kitchen.  Is XPtunes what I need, and if so, when will I be able to give it a try since it appears to still be in beta and can't figure out how to beta test this plug-in?

Yes xpTunes is what you need.  It will do all that stuff.

As for when you can get it, that's up to Markus.   ;)

Sounds good.  So I guess these next questions are for Markus:

Any idea when I can expect this to be available?  Any way to to be a part of the beta testers?
