Podcast XML Error on Google Reader feed

Since I travel a lot, I have started using Google reader as my main content aggregator.  One of the features allows you to share selected items as an RSS feed.  Trying to switch over to use that as a feed for MC12 and get: 'XML Field Error:  Feed tag=rss value='.
