Register does not work? Help!

Hi,
I am a registered customer.
I restore the .RRG file into MusicBox v8 and then the MusicBox still says that it is still not registered.

Any ideas?

When you look under Help is the Restore License info greyed out?

No.
The Restore License is not greyed out; The Backup License is greyed out.

Any ideas?

The name of the RRG file is MediaJukeBox7.RRG.

Am I missing something?
I buy MusicJukebox since version 7
and now I try to restore from MusicJukebox 7 RRG format, it says success, but the program is still UNLICENSED.

Please help.

Have You Tried This

Install MJ7 Register It.
Install MJ8 Over Top Of MJ 7
MJ8 Should Be Registered

Also check out the FAQs from the link above in this page. There is License info there that may be of some help. You should check out the Version 7.2 details.

I have tried installing MJ7 and MJ8 says it is still UNREGISTERED.
Any ideas?

I checked the FAQ. No difference.

If you installed version 7 and tried to restore your license but were still not registered, try this (from the FAQ).

Q: I restored my license from the "rrg" file, but Media Jukebox still thinks I'm not registered. What do I do now?
A: There was a problem in some older versions of MJ which caused the rrg file to get corrupted. We have an update which should fix the problem for you. Please click on this link [check the FAQ for the link] to download and install the update. Note that you MUST exit Media Jukebox before doing this procedure. When the install is complete, go back into Media Jukebox and try the restore procedure again. If this does not fix the problem for you, the rrg file must have been corrupted in some other way and you won't be able to restore the license.
