I installed the latest version of MJ 8.x over my registered 7.2.  Though I didn't uninstall 7.2, I can't seem to get back into it.  I saved my registration codes on floppy using the backup feature in MJ 7.2 help menu.  I don't have a visible copy of the code that I can find.  How can I use the backup on floppy to register MJ 8.x???DUDLEY

I installed ver 8 fresh (new user) and had only to double-click the "registration" file (has .MJR filename extension).

Hi Dudley,

Click Help->Restore License
Then choose "from a file".
Point the file exploring window at your floppy and you should be set.

That sounds like a good plan, but the restore lisense button on the menu is dark.  I tried that method right off, since it worked when I had to re-install ver. 7.2.  
When I check the registration info it does not have a registration number, only the words "MediaJukeBox version 7 user".  
When I click on my backup disc, it runs a restore program (I think).  Have I already updated the registration and that is why restore is dark?
