7. NEW: Added the option for drive-based devices (including iPods) to turn on/off resyncing a file based on if the Date Modified of the file on the device and the file in MC are different.

I update songs all the time, and overwrite the old files with the new file of the same name.  I usually do a digital sound quality enhancement without any other change.  I want MC to update the ipod when this happens.  I therefore think I don't want to turn off this resyncing option.  However, I am thinking I may need to turn it off in order to avoid massive resyncing due to a thread I noticed about auto replay gain updates that also change the date.  Am I wrong about that?  If I am correct, this may not be the best way to fix the replay gain problem.  Maybe an explanation about when the auto replay gain update occurs or why this option exists would help.  Thanks to whomever can respond.
