The Nomad IIc uses NVF files which are proprietary Nomad Voice Format files.  I would like to record and convert some tapes to this format for playing on the Nomad II.  Is there a way to get Media Jukebox to record and save in this format?  Is there a way to get Media Jukebox to playback files in this format?

I found an open source site nvftools.sourceforge.net which has source code written in C for this format.  But, the binaries only work with linux.
