I would like a refund of the money  paid for a one year licence by mistake.I paid for the licence at the time I downloaded and installed  Media jukebox for the 30 day trial back on July 11.I have removed the program from my system as it is not what I could use.I have been told that this is the only way to request a refund.Thank you.

Because we offer a 30 day trial and because it is not possible to "return" the license, we don't offer refunds.

The license is not limited to one year.  It's good indefinitely.
