can you play local and from server at the same time?

I'm trying to figure if I can assemble a playing now that combines items from my remote server and the local HD. Is this possible? It seems to reset the list when I connect.

thanks,

You should be able to do this.

It's a roundabout way, but yes you can...

Connect to the remote server.
Create a new play list and send tracks to it (or just select an existing playlist).
Export the play list.
Disconnect.
Import the playlist to your local library.

You can also add a track at a time by doing a File/Open Streaming File and typing the full URL that starts with m01p://
