minor bug: sort order of accent characters

I am in a major tag fixing operation. I noticed that sorting doesn't work as I expect it.
For example I am getting the following order, which makes it difficult to detect the typo in
Dejame. (don't even start me why I have to fix those things. I do have my geaky reasons).
