I download a number of podcasts which I sync to my 80GB iPod Classic.  The Classic UI includes a nice feature which places a blue dot alongside podcasts which have not yet been played, which I find very useful.  However, every time I sync the iPod to MC, the blue dots reappear alongside every podcast, making it impossible to see at a glance which ones I've already heard.

The podcast files are not being resynced to the iPod, yet it appears that MC is flagging them as "unplayed" in the iPod DB every time.  Or perhaps the latest DB format includes a new "played" flag that MC is unaware of and is not reading from the iPod and preserving.

Currently, we ingest and then wipe out all play stats from the iPod. We will look into handling this a little differently...
