m4a aac files and downloading cover art
« on: March 30, 2008, 03:49:27 pm »

I just downloaded the update version on media center 12

The import of AAC files are still very slow. I buy tracks via Itunes and I use AAC files.
When seaching your interact forum I found that this problem seam to occour for a long time amongst most users of mediacenter

When will this BUG be fixed.??

Also Itunes download cover art much faster and more exact than media center. Very often i discover that media center downloads wrong covers. Often media center doesn't find covers.

Build 465 and later uses the newest QuickTime code.  Please try it.

Also, remember that you're using a proprietary DRM'd format.  You may get disappointed anytime you try to do _anything_ with those files.

Build 467 and later has a new cover art downloader.  You might like it.

I'm seeing horribly slow M4A importation.
It's taking around 10 seconds per track...
