OK so on the surface I see MediaJukebox is for music only. I installed it on the same pc as media center (which I have the latest download version of) to test it out and get an error whenever it loads that I need Media Center 11.x.x or higher....I'm running 12.x.x

Why is that?

I've noticed that MJ and MC both load the same plugins even though it was installed before MJ was.

So if the plugin you're running is set to only run under MC12 it may not be programmed to also recognize MJ12 and since it's MJ12 that's starting up the plugin you're getting that message.

So, what plugins do you have installed in MC12?

in plugin manager  remove the plugins you do not want to use with the player [ MC or MJ according to your setting]

After that , in the player you want to use the plugin with , from plugin manager , re-register the plugin again.

If one plugin working with both , you get a mess.

Not sure wich plugin asking for 11 or higher. Can be a video or display one .
