Go to Currently Playing Track
« on: May 27, 2008, 04:06:51 pm »

Is there an easy way to locate the currently playing track in the playlist? In foobar2000, you can doubleclick the status bar to accomplish this.

For example, if I select a track in a playlist and then navigate to a new view pane (e.g. "All Audio"), I wish there was a way (Right clicking the display text?) to locate the file either[/i] the track in that pane or to go back to the playlist the song was originally played from.

Thanks!

Pressing the backspace key while in the new view pane leads you back to your previous view and exactly scrolled to the very point you were at. Also pressing the small "previous" and "next" arrows on the upper side of the pane view would do that.

Hope it helps.

Pressing Alt-2 will go to Playing Now if not already there and go to the currently playing file.

You can also use Ctrl-Q or F3 to do a quick search of the current view.
