Cajun or mexican?  I could never get into Cajun beans and rice.  And as for Cajun cuisine in general, we would wash it down with plenty of Jalapeno Vodka, and that made you think the food had some sort of flavor to it.

TexMex for me, or in a pinch genuine Mex.  Burritos Carnitas from a streetcorner vendor . . .

Homemade, so kinda my style more than anything, but leaned more towards TexMex than anything.  Very good.  Smokey.  Had a lot of good garden veggies in it too.
