Cover art splash before vids play, Can it be lengthened?

In most cases the Cover art splash before a video starts playing is on for only a fraction of a second, Is there a way to make MC display this for longer?

i recently thought the same. it is a bit of a flash now, a bit longer would really give it more style.  8)

Yeah, I really like this too and have actually wondered if it's a deliberate feature :P. On my systems, I usually do NOT see it at all. It simply flashes up too fast (I think??). Would be cool to be able to lengthen it.

Yup, I'd actually like to be able to call it up at any time in order to read DVD/CD cover text. It'd be a great temporary substitute for IMDB data lookup.
Also for me, only a few files show the cover art, and it's always very nice when it happens.  :)
