Playing Midi from MC12 to a Synth Program

I have numerous midi tracks on one of my hard discs and they have been added into the library of MC12.  I hope to play them through a Organ Synth program called Hauptwerk.  If I can access the midi output of MC12 I could connect that output by virtual midi cable (such as LoopBe1) to the midi input paths of the Hauptwerk so that the correct organ pipes would play.  Can this be done?  Any wisdom will be appreicated.

Sorry, but I think you'll have to use dedicated MIDI software for this sort of thing.
