Hello,

I have this weird thing happening.

I have a folder with 4 avi files in it.

When I run auto import jriver only adds 3 off the files.

I have tried removing the folder and putting it back it still only adds 3 files.

The file in qustion also has a blank white icon instaed of a thumbnail.

Jriber will also not play this file windows media player will play this file.

On my testing computer I have the exact same setup and codecs and jriver plays the file  ?

Any help would be appreciated Cheers

Hello everybody,

Well it looks like no body knows about this problem.

I have now fixed it so in case this does happen to any one these are the steps to correct the problem.

Fist rename the file on the harddrive then re import whala fixed then remame back to what it should be.

You have to change the whole name not just part of it.
