Folder.jpg upon sync not created

Hello,
I am syncing with the option "Save cover art to 'Folder.jpg'" enabled. For some reason about 10% of albums don't get folder.jpg attached to them.. All my albums are cover-arted properly (all covers are stored in a separate folder).
Any idea why this might be happening?
