Alcohol
hooli:
I have been a drug and alcohol counselor for the past five years. The majority of my clients who get sober do so through a good 12 step program: AA/NA. Getting involved with people who share the same issues can be a huge benefit. Sponsorship, forming a strong relationship with someone who has attained a good deal of clean time, is essential. I have had some clients who have had success with smart recovery (http://www.smartrecovery.org/). I believe alcoholism is a disease in that it is chronic, progressive, and incurable. Similar to medical ailments, such as cancer, you should seek some professional treatment. Detoxing off alcohol can be more dangerous than heroin or cocaine. You might look into available detox/treatment centers in your area. There is really no pill that is going to make everything easier. I wish you the best.

im still watching how my brother in law is fighting his alcohol problem. and all i can do is wish you all the best, king. and if you believe it is a problem, which i presume from what you wrote, go seek professional help. you will need that.

Lyrics To A Song Of How I Feel Right Now
I tried so hard and got so far
But in the end, it doesn't even matter
I had to fall to lose it all
But in the end it doesn't even matter.
Yesterday I Dropped Off A List To My Dr Of Controlled Drugs, To Help With Alcohol Abuse
She Called Me Today And Told Me I Need More Help Than She Is Qualified To Give, And That I May Need To Go Into A Rehab Facility For Two Weeks.
She Told Me To Keep My Drinking To A Minimum, No More Than 4 Each Day, And Don't Lie To My Wife Or Her When She Askes How Much I Drink And Not To Hide Any Alcohol (That I Was Drinking Without Her Knowing) From My Wife.

Not sure what I like less. Headache from alcohol or headache from being clear headed enough to understand our completely unsustainable society. My wife and I hope to buy a farm soon.

I love the smell of Cow Feces In The Morning.
It Reminds Me Of When I Was Young And Lived On My Uncle's Farm
