Some videofiles missing
« on: October 28, 2008, 02:37:52 pm »

Hi.

I have testimported all my series into MC13, for the most did this work great but I have trouble with some .mkv files. I have a folder named season4 and one named season4HD. After the import, if I go to the Video/Disk Location/tree-down-to-serie. Here I find the season4 folder but not the season4HD. If I browse the folder in explorer and play it it opens in MC and plays perfect. I also have checked that mkv files is "owned" by MC. Still no go... Any tips?

This is a bit of a stretch, but... Check the "Documents" view to see if your files are there. If they are, they were imported as Data instead of Video types. If that's what's happened, please review AVI files not recognized and consider whether the same sort of thing may be happening with your MKV files.

From what I can find they are not imported at all.... I have now found the file under the drives and devices. and import to library. They then import correctly. so then there must be some problem with autoimport?
