Paid User = Registered User?

I thought I purchased Media Center earlier this year (2008). I try to keep records of all my on-line transactions but can find nothing for JRiver. My Help > Registration Info window does say "(registered)".

I was able to retrieve my registration code through your website.

I then went through the "Restore" process, and received a "restore successful" message. However, I did this while MC12 was running. I then closed and reopened MC12 and my Help > Registration Info window still says "(registered)" and no other info.

I guess it's time old farts should go to bed....

That sounds right.

My experience is that if it's not registered it comes up with a splash screen on startup asking you to do so.
