Is there any way to schedule when auto-import happens? Or keep it restricted to certain hours?

Here's the answer for anyone else who might be interested in doing this.

Under Services and Plug-ins, click Scheduler.
Click Add Task.
Under Task, select Command Line from the menu for the first field.
Add a description, like "Run auto-import".
Under Program, put C:\Windows\System32\MC12.exe
Under Arguments, put /MCC 23020, 0
Under Time, enter the time you want it to run, tick the "Reoccur" button and set the days you want it to run.

If you set it to run overnight, you will have a summary of what was updated when you wake up each morning after it runs. Works good.
