Get cover art from internet after ripping bug is unchecked in my settings

But , from time to time , out of the blue , MC does download covert art from internet.

Out of around 20 cds , i had it 4 times.
having a look at settings after it happens , i can see than the option is still unchecked

There is no way i can do it by mistake as i get covert art from my scanner with a 700X700 average size  [ scanner set to 48% of original size]. just after ripping
Pics downloaded are barely 300X300

Right now
Rip =Chicago - At Carnegie Hall, Vol. 1-4 (Chicago IV)
First 3 cds no sleeve from internet
last cd got a sleeve from internet

I'll probably get in trouble for saying this but I keep posting that something isn't quite right in downloading cover art.  Even with it disabled, it gets downloaded on random occurence.  I don't have facts but believe something is going on.  Anyone able to reproduce this issue repeatedly?

Also the auto-import feature has an option for automatic cover art download. I think it tries find cover art for any file in the library, not just for the newly imported.

I don't let the auto-importer run in the background and I have the "Get cover art" auto-import option disabled.

In addition, my firewall would show a warning if MC would try to download cover art without my permission, but that never happens.

Alex B , look like you hit the point.

Reading you , i found a pattern.
Thinking of it , it never happens when rip+scan on the fly.
But when phone ,cigarette  in the garden during rip.
Means i can be away for 10 minutes or more
Enough time for auto import to work , and yes , get bla bla from internet was checked in import folder

Look like quite like a trap for new user this kind of  2 same settings in 2 places.
