Full Screen Resolution on Display#2

I have an Nvidia 8800GT that has been working good for me to get MC to send full screen video to the second display (HDMI which includes audio).  The only problem I had was it getting confused when I play Counter Strike fullscreen on the first display.

In the process of trying to make it better, I seem to have made things worse...  Now when MC plays fullscreen on the second display, the transport overlay no longer spans the entire width of the TV - it's centered but only spans about half.  I also don't see any way to tell MC that the TV has a 1366x768 resolution.

Any suggestions anyone?

In Display View, you can right click on the screen to set the resolution.
