Saving Tabbed views on close
« on: November 11, 2008, 03:37:47 pm »

I am using 3 tabbed views, each containing thier view on my library.
Sometimes MC13 is closed, and after getting back I find all tabs to be the default.
Wouldn't it be nice to have MC13 remember what these views were and put them right back?

This is doable.  I found it by accident

Go to tools/options/startup/startup interface/location and set that to "last location."  Problem solved.

The remaining issue is that if you change the tabs, it will remember the tabs as changed.

I want to have a reset command to bring up a saved tab set.  Now, if someone can tell me how to do that.

Great!!
Maybe you know this one also.
When opening a new tab, it comes up with 'Start', although it is not even active. Can I assign a view to be opened when activating an additional tab?
