MC 13 install on removable drive

Hi All

I've recently tried installing as above , and find that the only visualisation I can now select is "cover art" . A local instal gives me 3d , track info etc . Am I missing a setting somewhere ?

i actually think you are missing nothing. i only experimented with a portable install with version 12. used it connected to a machine with mc already installed. after i used the portable install, the visualisation of the regular install was messed up. did it happen when you used the portable install on a machine that had already mc?

Yes - first loaded as a local install and then as a remote

Sorry for a real newbie question , but do I need to report this as a bug somewhere - or is it reduced functionality in the portable version
