Ogg Volume

I encoded a few files in OGG Normal/High and the volume of the files encoded are superior to the cd do anywone knows why?

Analog CD playback goes through a different mixer on your soundcard.  Does switching to digital CD playback help? (or were you already in digital mode?)

I'm im digital mode, but i don't mind if the volume is high there are no distortion.

WAV volume is usually a different mixer volume control vs. the CD player's volume.  Check in the audio mixer on your system and see that the volumes are in a similar position.

I have a sounblaster live if i use Digital playback the control of the CD is the same of the WAV if i use Analog Playback the Volume of the CD is now in the CD Volume
