Jukebox 12 stopped playing sound.

Windows Vista 64
HP Pavillion Quad

All other applications play sound
 (Nero, Windows Media player, and other miscellaneous applications),
  installed other media players after issue - they play sound

Uninstalled Jukebox (including library and registry check box settings) and re-installed.

Any suggestions?
