DVD menu language
« on: December 27, 2008, 02:32:05 pm »

How do I choose the DVD menu language?

In the DVD menu itself I choose English as the main language, but the main menu is still in german? My standalone DVD player still shows the english menu ...
There must be an option in MC somewhere ... but where?

thx

This isn't currently configurable.  Is it exposed in other DVD software?

Thanks.

No idea - I didnt try other players - thats one of those things you do once and never again. I remember that I did it on my standalone player years ago.
So MC takes always the first language? I'll add this to the feature requests.

thx

Now it seems to be a problem:

I've got Family Guy with menu in French and German. If the DVD starts up with the German menu you can choose between English and German language, if the DVD starts up with the French menu you can choose between French and English language.
So - if my girl wants to watch the DVD in French there is no chance ... cause the DVD starts up with the German menu.

Please - I know its not critical ... but please give this item a bit higher priority .... and unfort. I do not speak a word in French so it would be nice to have a quick way of switching between these two setups.

thx
