Tuner "Configure" Button Doesn't Work

When I select my TV tuner and click configure it does nothing.  This only happens on my server (Windows 2003 Server) and works fine on my XP machines.  The tuner is HDHomeRun.  Like I said, it works fine on every machine except my server.  I am only doing this because I want to setup channels so the read-only theater view clients will have channels entered.

It may be because I do not have sound on the computer.  It is my file server so it does not have everything setup as MC might expect.  I manually set up the channels, too, which was even more preferred than a scan because I like the control of adding and deleting channels I want or don't want.

With Media Center open I went to the TV Options area and clicked configure.  Here is the short output:

The log seems to suggest that MC did not detect any television tuners.

I really would not worry about it.  Like I said, the system does not have audio fully setup.  It also could be something to do with being Server 2003 which is not specifically supported by the unit.  I found a solution: manually enter television channels on the server and that works perfectly.

Now the configure button won't work on my desktop either.  This is strange.  So now I'm not sure what is going on.  Any ideas?  I will try uninstalling and reinstalling HDHomeRun in the meantime.
