Moving Video_TS folders

Things with the portable install and DVD rips have been a bit hit and miss recently.
As a result my DVD's have ended up in bizare file locations.
I'm trying to move them back to the right place.
I've just tried using the Rename Move and Copy tool, and while it updated the database fine but the files themselves didn't actually move.
