Exporting & Importing XML Database

Hi, I would like to get this feature working.  I can export to an xml file.  When I try to read it with Excel it fails.  When I try to read it with Word it fails at line 228124 column 21.  When I open it in notepad this is line 228124    <Field Name="Bookmark">91315</Field> The k in bookmark is supposed to be the problem.

Microsoft Word says there is an invalid character in this location.  I don't see it.
