I have my music files stored on an external hd which mj12 used to display in its library w/all fields (artist, album, genre, track#, etc.). Last week my internal hd failed & I had to install a new one (mj12 is on my internal drive as b4). After reinstalling mj12 & importing music files from my external hd, library only shows info in name column in alphabetical order (nothing in artist, album, genre & track#). When I hover cursor over filename column in library, artist, album, etc. shows. How do I get my music files to display totally organized as b4?? (I have windows xp)

You generally would restore from your backup Library (File->Library->Restore Library), and not re-import your files.  Do you not have a backup copy of your MJ library?

If the tags are in your music files, you can Library Tools->Update Library from Tags.

If not, and your folder structure and file names indicate artist, album, track num, etc., you can read Fill Properties from Filename.
