Well, for once this is not a thread about playing mkv.
All is good in that department.
My problem is with width & height MC is reporting for mkv files with HD resolution. Dimensions, Width, Height, all not editable fields - have the wrong values.
The streams' details as shown in MediaInfo:

I don't do any crazy tagging in MKVMerge, the "Format specific options" is left to its defaults, which reads all the time "Display width/height: 1920 x 1080"
MC is showing Dimensions of 2048x1088, 2048x1080. For some files I see 1920x1088 (I know about the division by 16 rule and 8 pixels padding, but that doesn't seem to be the exact problem here).
Are these values
computed by some kind of misleading math instead of being read from the mkv header?
Any suggestions where the problem lies? Thanks!
