ASIO Channel Offset: force stereo?

Hello all -- I set up my Z Cinema speakers with ASIO4ALL and J River Media Center...  The speakers currently have a faux surround sound feature, that I can disable, however, I was curious if there was a "channel offset" in J River's audio settings that will allow me to force 2-channel stereo output 100% of the time.  (it's currently set to the default of zero)

just a question - have you set-up your system for movie playback with ASIO4ALL?
