subscription errors
« on: April 28, 2009, 06:04:02 pm »

Hey I was working for a long period of time then it stopped . So I am thinking hmm maybe it is the CC. so I changed it and it was working and I was guessing the card was working fine.. then after a few days (almost a week) the system stopped working again and to contact customer support.  What is going on? You make it ridiculously impossible to find info about my own account and to find and answer and then to even contact support without having to call the HQ? which I am sure you would rather not do.  Please advise

There was a charge failure on 4.25.2009 which terminated re-billing.  Your subscription ran out on the 26th.  Sometime after that there were two failed subscription adds. (One on the 26th and another on the 28th.  Both appear to be charge failures.

Some additional  information sent in a PM .

Looking in to it.

After changing the CC did you try to add a new subscription?  If not please do so.

Login.  The "Login" button will change to the "Account" button.  If you click on the "Account" button you'll see an option for "Change subscription".  Pick a subscription and follow the prompts.

Right now you have a valid account but no subscription.  So you just need to add the subscription.
