I still use MJ8 because I got used to the simplicity and it does what I need it to do.

I recently installed it on my system and it will not play mp3s that I purchased from Amazon or that I rip from cds.

I can play the files directly from the cds but when I rip them to mp3 and try to play them I get a message that This file is not a valid license for Media Jukebox 8.0.

It will play the sample mp3 files that came on the OS. All the files show no protection. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the player.

IBM Pentium 4. 3.0
Windows XP Pro SP2
1gb ram

Any ideas on how to get it to play the files?
