Cannot install license in Windows 7 RC

Title says it all.

I have a newly downloaded license file (Media Center13-123520.mjr) but when I double click it a window pops up that says

Error restoring Media Center license:
Invalid license, error code=22.

I'd post a screenshot, but I guess this forum doesn't have that for some reason.

The same window pops up if I click Help > Install License... > Restore license from file (.mjr) in Media Center 13 and choose the file.

Wrong version?

Try downloading the latest build of MC13.

Check your system date.

I'm having this problem, too. I'm using the latest version (13.0.172) and my system clock is set properly.

Windows version is Windows 7 Ultimate, 32 bit (not RC).
