Ive had to reinstall my system in the last week, is there any way to go into my old mc13 folder and get my old expressions from move rename files?

They're kept in the registry, so, if by "reinstall my system" you mean you reinstalled windows, and you don't have a registry backup from your old installation, the answer to your question is "No"

If you do have access to the registry somehow, then go to: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\JRiver\Media Center 13\Properties\Keywords" where you will find two "RFI" values. Those are the ones you want.
