I'd very much like the option, when choosing an "express install" during a new version installation, the options set in previous installs to be preserved. Even better, the ability to install a new version "on top" of the existing, with the same effect.
Considering the use of "relationial databases" in order to reduce user's work, has no sence if we can't manage the above.
