How to copy tag to another tag...
« on: June 18, 2009, 06:23:22 am »

Hello,

A long time ago I made a tag "Soloist". Today I noticed that there's a tag called "Soloists". Is this an official tag or one from MC?
How can I change my tag to the new (Soloists) tag so all input will be under "Soloists"?

Thanks,

Theo

I'm not sure if that's a default field now (you can check under options->Library Management->Library Fields), but in order to copy one field to another do the following:
-Select all files you want to copy for (try with a few first though).
-Press Alt+Enter
-Click on the upper left box of the Tag window, select 'show fields' and choose [Soloists]
-Now find the Soloists field in the Tag window and type "=[Soloist]" (without the quotes) into the field.
-Press Enter

You should be all set.
