You could try this
http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=49064.0but to be honest I don't have any experience with it so can't be of any help with how to use it.
You can try this and see how you go - It MAY OR MAY NOT work.
Blu-Ray files (from what I can gather) have the extension .bmdv. So when you place a BDD in the drive, MC should at least see the files on the disc as data files.
If you add a "BluRay(bmdv)" option to the Description Types section of the FileAssociations file (use Notepad to edit it) then close and restart MC, you'll see the option in Tools>Options>FileTypes.
Probably easiest to associate the files with the default program, which should be your OEM software.
From there, if you use PowerDVD, you could probably still use the AutoHotKey script in the previous thread to close MC, change your display settings etc and re-open MC upon closing PowerDVD.
Please heed all warnings in the previous thread though re display settings etc.
Like I say, I don't use BluRay and haven't tested this but (as long as you heed the warnings) nothing I've just suggested should break anything, even if it doesn't work.
Give it a shot and let me know how you go.
Unfortunately, still due to the same issues JMOne describes in his thread, MC cannot play BluRay natively so it's still a messy affair...
