HTTP processing error 82fa0026

when I try to connect to cddb I get the above message. Using on a basic network - inserted correct proxy settings and have reinstalled product. Using version .320. Can anyone shed some light?

    Do you use automatic configuration script? Currently we do not support that. Are you able to download and install MJ plug-ins?

sorry, don't understand your first question! The answer to your second is yes, I can download plug-ins no prob.

following above - I'm not using autoconfig scripts. I am told by our administrator that they may need to open more ISA ports, but need specific port info from you to help.
